Workshops :
Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [support email].
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7-14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop or for no-shows.
Consultations :
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 3-7 days before the consultation will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the consultation or for no-shows.
2. Cancellation by Organizer:
If the workshop or consultation is canceled by Balaji Credits, participants will receive a full refund.
Balaji Credits is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).
3. Rescheduling :
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another session if available, up to 5 days before the workshop or consultation date, subject to availability.
4. Refund Process :
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
